RFP launched for Affordable Senior Housing Development P3 in Missouri

The city of Joplin, located in US state of Missouri, has launched a request for proposals (RFP) for an Affordable Senior Housing Development P3 project.

The proposed project should provide affordable transitional senior housing alternatives to include, but not limited to independent living, congregate care, assisted living (including memory and nursing care). Mixed-Use projects are not eligible under this RFP.

The selected firm will design, build, operate and maintain (DBOM) an affordable senior housing development within the city of Joplin.

Fundig assistance for this project is through the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program.

Interested parties must submit their proposals on or before 24 November 2015.
