Sadbhav Infrastructure submits lowest bid for 2 road projects in Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project has been declared as the lowest bidder for two road PPP projects in Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, India.

The two road projects have been awarded under the National Highways Development Project (NHDP). Both projects will be developed on design, build, finance, operation and transfer (DBOT) Hybrid Annuity mode. The road PPP projects are the following:

  • Four Laning of Rampur - Kathgodam section of NH-87 package I. The project involves the 4-Laning of Rampur-Kathgodam section of NH-87 (New NH No. 9) from km 0.000 (km 190.000 of NH-24) to km 42.791 (design chainage 43.446). The total project investment is estimated at Rs6.15 billion (US$92.4 million).
  • Four Laning of Rampur - Kathgodam section of NH-87 Package II. The project involves the four laning of Rampur-Kathgodam section of NH-87 (New NH No. 9, 109) from km 42.791 (design chainage 43.446) to km 88.000 (design chainage 93.226). The total project investment is estimated at Rs5.71 billion (US$85.6 million).

Sadbhav Infrastructure Project Limited develops, operates, and maintains highways, roads, and related projects in India. The firm's shares were up nearly 2% at Rs92 on the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) after the company said it has been awarded "L1" status for the two projects.
