The Government of United Republic of Tanzania is seeking executive director for the Public Private Partnership (PPP) Center.

In 2014 the Parliament of the United Republic of Tanzania amended the PPP Act (2010) to establish an autonomous and strong PPP Center under the Prime Minister's Office. The establishment of PPP Center is aimed at streamlining the PPP approval process, with the purpose of attracting private sector financing of PPP projects from both local and foreign investors and hence contribute on financing public goods and services.

According to the amended PPP Act, the Executive Director is the head of the Center tasked with the operationalization of the PPP Center. This challenging position will require a strong leadership and organizational skills as well as a strong experience and good understanding of project financing.

The qualified candidate will sign a three years contract, with a one year probation period. The contract may be renewable upon demonstrated good performance.
