Tender launched for Belgian housing and parking PPP

The city of Namur, in Wallonia (Belgium), has launched a tender process to hire a developer for a housing and parking project.

More concretely, the project involves the development of housing, offices, shops, a library and a parking through the public private partnership (PPP) model in Namur.

Namur is a city and municipality in Wallonia, Belgium. It is both the capital of the province of Namur and of Wallonia, hosting the Walloon Parliament. It stands at the confluence of the Sambre and Meuse rivers.

Interested parties must submit their proposals on or before August 19.

Last month we published that Vilvoorde, a Belgian municipality in the Flemish province of Brabant, launched a tender process for the development of the Green Planet primary school PPP project.
