Tender launched for French DBFOM biology health centre

France's University of Lorraine has issued a tender process for the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance (DBFOM) of a biology health centre in Nancy.

The project involves the development of reception areas, educational facilities for schools of pharmacy and dentistry, an amphitheater, research facilities, administrative offices, spaces dedicated to student social life, plant rooms and outdoor facilities.

The project will be carried out on the site of the Faculty of Medicine with a total area of about 10,600 square meters of new construction and about 22,000 square meters of outdoor area.

The tender process was launched on 11 April 2014. Interested parties must submit their proposals on or before 19 May 2014.
