Tender launches for French service area concession

The goverment of Lyon, though the "Cellule juridique et de gestion du domaine public", has launched a tender process for a service area concession.

The project involves the design, build, finance, operation and maintenance of a service area for a period of 30 years. 

The new facilities will be located on National Highway 70 to Montceau les Mines in the direction Montceau-les-Mines - Chalon-sur-Saône.

Specifically the project entails the construction of access roads, parking facilities, oil installations and service area for vehicles and trucks on a are of 9 500 m².

Interested parties must submit their proposals on of before 17 July 2015.

Montceau-les-Mines is a commune in the Saône et Loire department in the region of Bourgogne in eastern France. It is the second-largest commune of the metropolitan Communauté urbaine Creusot-Montceau, which lies southwest of the city of Dijon.
