This report is aimed at public procuring authorities and public decision-makers more generally. Its objective is to: set out the key features, benefits and challenges of PPP programmes; and promote the sharing of experience and good practice. A selected number of case studies from European countries are presented in the report and used to illustrate the features, benefits and challenges of PPP programmes.
