On 1 January 2016, Federal Law No. 224-FZ "On Public – Private Partnership, Municipal – Private Partnership in the Russian Federation and Amending Certain Legislative Acts of the Russian Federation" entered into force. In addition, according to the Ministry of Economic Development to date all regulations, clarifying certain provisions of the PPP Law, have been adopted.
