KPMG has been asked by the New Zealand Treasury to undertake a review of the New Zealand PPP procurement process in light of the experience gained since the approach adopted. Further, the review will consider international developments in PPP procurement processes in comparable countries and whether any recent international developments should be considered for New Zealand.
