Study on project schedule and cost overruns in India - KPMG & PMI

Description

KPMG in consultation with Project Management Institute (PMI) came forward to conduct a study on the reasons for time and cost overruns in the central sector infrastructure projects. The Indian Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation provided KPMG with a portfolio of 25 infrastructure projects after a careful selection. KPMG presents their findings in this report after conducting interviews, site visits and other kinds of analysis.
