The third CBI/KPMG infrastructure survey, Connect More, highlights that while infrastructure has come to play an increasingly central role in the government's economic strategy, a lack of action to turn positive policy announcements into delivery risks undermining a return to sustainable growth.The survey of 526 business leaders, conducted from May to July 2013, provides an authoritative snapshot of the state of the UK's infrastructure as viewed by the businesses that run, build and rely upon our networks. The survey shows an improving UK infrastructure investment environment, but finds that two out of three firms (65%) believe that government policies will have no tangible impact, or even a negative one.
