Landesbetrieb Construction and Real Estate Hessen Branch Center Headquarters in Germany has selected technical consultant and Laboratory consulting services provider for Laboratories project in Kassel.

The selected technical consultant is Stein und Partner Project Management Consulting Engineers. The technical consultant will provide services during the project phases of the bid and negotiation phase as well as in the planning and construction execution. The services of the consultant essentially include the examination, analysis and evaluation of the offers according to structural-technical aspects, continuation of the tender documents as well as the support and support of the client in the controlling of the planning and the construction work. In addition, the contractor is expected to participate proactively in meetings, workshops and committees.

The selected laboratory consultant is Eurolabors. This project includes Land acquisition, planning, demolition of the existing housing development and construction of two Laboratories in the city of Kassel. Kassel is a city located in central Germany. The development works will be carried out in two phases. In phase one approx. 4,670 m 2 usable area will be developed, After which the relocation of the LHL will take place in the new building. In phase two approx. 3 640 m usable area will be developed and will also include the majority of the parking space. In the second construction phase, the so-called Emission Simulation Facility (ESA) of the HLNUG is also to be built.
