The Government of Newfoundland and Labrador has received bids from interested developers for its mental health and addiction facility that will be built in St John,  located in Newfoundland and Labrador province, eastern Canada.

In November 2018, NL has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) to develop the 93-bed facility through a public-private partnership (P3) scheme.

The construction of the project is expected to commence in 2020.
