The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental (PGNO) has invited interested parties to qualify and bid for the Negros Occidental Bulk Water Supply Project (NBWSP) in the Philippines.

The project encompasses the funding, design, construction, operation, and maintenance of a bulk water supply system, with a minimum capacity of 34.5 million liters per day (MLD). The water will be sourced from either the Imbang River or Malogo River and is intended to provide treated bulk water to six Water Service Providers in the Province of Negros Occidental: Silay City, Talisay City, Victorias City, Bacolod City, the Municipality of Manapla, and the Municipality of EB Magalona. The Provincial Government of Negros Occidental will collaborate on the project through a Joint Venture (JV) for 38 years, inclusive of the construction period.
