Bids have recently been submitted for the Royal Inland Hospital P3 project, based in the city of Kamloops in British Colombia, Canada.

The project involves the design, build, finance and 30 year maintenance of a new nine-story patient care tower, next to the existing Royal Inland Hospital building, which will also be renovated as part of the project. The planned nine-story Patient Care Tower will provide three floors of inpatient beds, a perinatal centre, a surgical centre and additional car parking.

Financial proposals were submitted to Partnerships British Colombia on July 24, 2018, with the announcement of preferred bidder expected in August 2018. This was disclosed by Operis, who performed a financial model audit to bidding team Inter-River Healthcare Partners, a consortium consisting of Brookfield, Concert Infrastructure and Bird.
