Ministry of Public Works in Argentina has reached an agreement to cancel the concession contracts for road corridor PPPs E and F. The concessions were awarded to a consortium of Helport SA, Panedile SA, Eleprint SA, and COPASA. The authority decided to terminate the contracts after no substantial progress was made in both highway works. Only 2% of the total works were executed and the concessionaire failed to secure the financing for the projects. 

The Corridor E (Routes 9, 11, 34, 193, A-008, A-012) project involves a 390 km highway which will connect from Rosario in Santa Fe, to Buenos Aires passing through Campana, and finally reaching Pilar. While the Corridor F (Routes 9, 33) project involves a 635 km highway in Córdoba and Santa Fe provinces.
