The subsidiary of Benetton family, Edizione has launched a transaction involving sale of 49% stake in Rome airport operator Aeroporti di Roma (ADR).
Aeroporti di Roma (ADR) is an operator of Rome–Fiumicino International Airport 'Leonardo da Vinci' in Rome, Italy. The international airport served 43 million passengers in 2018. According to recent valuation, the ADR is worth EUR 5 billion (US$ 5.51 billion).
