Spring Lane Capital has announced a first close of approximately US$151 million for its second private fund.
The fund has a final target of US$400 million in total capital. Its aim is to back entrepreneurs and project developers in the sustainable infrastructure sectors such as food & agriculture, energy, water, waste and transportation.
The Investment Management Group of WilmerHale, a full-service international law firm, served as legal counsel to the first close of the fund.
