The Abu Dhabi Investment Office (ADIO), in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Department of Education and Knowledge (ADEK), has pre-qualified five companies for its Zayed City Schools public-private partnership (PPP) project tender. The project is for the design, build, finance, maintenance and transfer of three new schools with a capacity of 5,360 students in Abu Dhabi’s Zayed City.

The pre-qualified bidders are :

1. Concession Infrastructure Investments Manager Limited-VINCI Construction Grands Projets- Archirodon (Consortium)
2. International Power S.A. Dubai Branch 
3. NV Besix SA (Company) (SHJ.BR) 
4. Plenary Group Holdings Pty Ltd. 
5. Zublin Construction LLC 

Pre-qualified bidders will be invited to participate in the next stage of the procurement process and submit detailed proposals in response to a Request for Proposal (RFP).
