The Ministry of Transport and Communications (MTC) of Lima has selected the State of France to provide technical advice for the two PPP projects- the New Central Highway and the Santa Rosa del Callao Expressway. Through the Government to Government modality, France will accompany the MTC during the execution process of the roads. 

Located in Lima, The New Central Highway will connect the region with Peru Highway 3, and its total length will be 136 km. The highway will have four-lanes, as well as 5 tunnels totaling 30 km in length and a large number of overpasses. The construction work has started for the Highway PPP project

The Santa Rosa Expressway will provide a fast connection between Jorge Chávez International Airport and the Costa Verde highway. In order to achieve this, a 3.6 km elevated viaduct will be constructed.
