The French ministry of finance is seeking legal, financial, technical and construction economics assistants in the execution of PPPs and the execution of multi-service multi-technical contracts. The total value of the contracts is EUR 1.69 million.

The contract is divided into lots. The applicants may apply for all lots.

Lot 1 is a technical assistance and economist of construction.

Lot 2 is technical assistance to the control of the execution of the MAPLS partnership contract.

Lot 3 is legal advice in the context of PPP refinancing.

Lot 4 is legal advice and representation in the context of the execution and monitoring of PPPs or public procurement.

Lot 5 is financial advice in the PPP Refinancing Projects.

Lot 6 is audit services for financial models and accounting and tax consultancy in the context of the refinancing of PPPs.

Lot 7 is advisory services in hedging instruments and rate setting in the context of PPP refinancing.
