HICL Infrastructure Company Limited extended its partnership with Macquarie group in the Netherlands by making an investment in Blankenburg Connection public-private partnership project. HICL will make an investment of GBP 50 million (US$ 65.13 million) in the form of a deferred equity subscription.
Macquarie would retain lead responsibility for active management during the construction of the project in association with InfraRed's asset management team.
