The International Finance Corporation PPP Transaction Advisory has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking to recruit an international technical, environmental and social consultant to support the structuring and implementation of an airport concession tender in Bosnia and Herzegovina with a capacity of almost 2million passengers/year.

The work of the technical consultants is to be divided into two main phases.

• Phase 1 will encompass a technical analysis of all aspects of the project, including traffic projections, capital investment programs, and environmental and social issues.
• Phase 2 will consist of the transaction implementation: the consultant will assist in the successful tendering of the project by providing input to the technical, environmental, and social annexes of the project documents, assistance with the bidders due diligence, and -possibly - evaluation of their technical offers.
