The Florida Polytechnic University Board of Trustees has issued an intent to award for the development of a Research Facility on the University’s main campus using the Public-Private Partnership (P3) method, including design, build, finance, operate and maintain. It comes shortly after the shortlist respondent selection in February 2021.

Recommended team for award to construct and operate the PPP project consists of the following firms:

  • International Flavors and Fragrances (IFF)
  • Ryan Companies US, Inc. (Ryan)

The final award will be subject to, and contingent upon, successful negotiations and final approval from the appropriate Florida Poly Official. The winning bidder will be expected to collaborate with the University in offering activities and opportunities at the facility, which can be an owner-occupied single-tenant building or a multi-tenant facility.
