Algiers Development District (ADD) has launched two Requests for Interest (RFI) for the development of the New Orleans Riverside at Federal City. Federal City is 156-acre area with the Algiers ward of New Orleans, located in Louisiana, south USA.

The first project involves the design, development, construction, financing, and operation of single-family housing and multi-family condominiums across three non-contiguous lots.

The second project involves the design, development, construction, financing, and operation of a commercial establishment across a 9.4-acre site. ADD has not specified any expectations for the project, besides that it enhances the area, involves the community, embraces sustainability, and effectively integrates within the existing community, local environs, and the Community of Algiers.

The successful proposers shall also be required to develop and construct any and all additional off-site infrastructure necessary and required in connection with the two projects.

The deadline for the tenders is 28 February 2019. For more information, see the Business Opportunities section of our website.
