Colombian airport operator Opain S.A. has entered into an agreement with Bancolombia for the modification of the refinancing credit agreements previously signed in May 2015 and December 2016.

The level of indebtedness is maintained with the new deal but the credit conditions are improved to achieve a better rate and longer-term.

The COP315.06 billion (US$94.28 million) deal will mature in December 2026.

OPAIN S.A. operates and manages El Dorado International Airport. The airport is an aerial terminal that offers passenger and cargo terminal services. El Dorado caters to domestic, international, commercial, and cargo airlines.
