East West Railway Company has published a Prior Information Notice (PIN) for its new railway PPP project, a line between Oxford and Cambridge, in the UK. 

East-West railway (EWR) PPP project involves bringing back into use a section of railway that was closed to passengers in the 1960s, refurbishing existing railway lines between Oxford and Bedford, and building new railway infrastructure between Bedford and Cambridge.

The company is interested to explore innovative methods of working and adopting an enterprise approach to deliver the project, by applying private sector expertise. Interested participants from industries outside of infrastructure delivery are encouraged to engage and respond to this PIN.
