Ashghal in Qatar has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking private investors to develop four primary healthcare centers in Madinat Khalifa, Umm Ghuwalina, Nuaija, and Al Themaid. On Madinat Khalifa and Umm Ghuwalina sites redevelopment works will be undertaken and at sites on Nuaija and Al Themaid new primary health care center will be developed.
The scope of works involves development of following facilities :
- Pharmacy
- Family medicine
- Home Care
- Dental
- Emergency & Walk-in Service
- Assistance for Patients with Needs
- Administrative & Supporting Services
- Specialized Clinics
- Well Baby
- Radiology
- Laboratory
The concessionaire will be responsible for Design, construction, financing, maintenance, and non-clinical operations and clinical
operations of the Centres. The concessionaire will also provide facilities management and IT infrastructure and services.
