Connecticut Airport Authority has launched a request for information (RFI) seeking a private partner for the development of airport airside real estate at Bradley International Airport (BDL) in Windsor Locks, Connecticut, USA. The project is being procured on the design, build, finance, operate, maintain/manage (DBFOM) model under a public-private partnership (PPP).
