The Commonwealth of Kentucky’s Department of Military Affairs has launched a Request for Proposal (RFP) seeking an eligible consultant for the Bluegrass Station Airfield PPP project in the USA.

The selected advisor will assist in all aspects of the project's development, including the development and evaluation of an RFI, analyzing RFI results, developing a feasibility study, and assisting the Commonwealth in all matters related to the potential project.
