RFP issued inviting technical advisers for hospital redevelopment in British Columbia

Providence Health Care an agency in state of British Columbia, Canada invites civil engineers and Architect to submit their proposals for redevelopment of St. Paul's hospital project. This project includes a redevelopment of existing hospital building with facilities like single-patient rooms, digital wayfinding, automated patient check-ins, and online patient scheduling, integrated care, research, and teaching.

The mode of procurement is on Design Build Finance and Maintain basis. The RFP issued is to be responded by prequalified firms only. The criteria and fees are as follows.

Civil Engineering firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects with project fees greater than $100K may respond to this RFP and Architectural firms prequalified by the Authority for Acute Care Projects with project fees greater than $5M may respond to this RFP. This RFP has a restrictive participation policy.
