Road King infrastructure through its subsidiary Kings Ring has completed the acquisition of a 45% stake in Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi toll road from two companies. The transaction is valued at IDR 1236 billion (US$ 85.15 million).

1. 15% of the stake from Pembangunan Perumahan at the consideration of IDR 412 billion (US$ 28.61 million)
2. 30% of the stake from Waskita Toll Road at the consideration of IDR 824 billion (US$ 57.23 million)

61.7km long Medan-Kualanamu-Tebing Tinggi toll road is part of the Trans Sumatra toll expressway network. The total concession period of this toll road is 40 years up to 2056. In addition, the road has been completed and started in operation in October 2017.
