hub East Central Scotland has announced that the Tullibody South Campus PPP project has reached financial close. The project involves the development of a new school campus in Tullibody, Clackmannanshire, Scotland. The new campus is to be shared by two existing primary schools and a nursery, and will be located on the existing Abercromby Primary School site. The old school will be demolished.

The campus will incorporate two gym halls, meeting spaces, an immersive room and a new library. Aditionally there will be a new artificial pitch for football, external play areas and a hard play space marked out for netball.

This achievement allows construction to begin, with completion expected in August 2019.

hub East Central Scotland is a procurement vehicle comprising private investors Robertson Capital Projects, Amber Infrastructure and Forth Holdings, Scottish Futures Trust and thirteen public sector organisations.
