Dilip Buildcon has incorporated a special purpose vehicle (SPV) for Dhrol Bhadra Highways, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the company. The SPV is for the Expansion of the NH-151 highway PPP project in Gujarat, India. It includes widening of two sections connecting Dhrol to Bhadra Patiya and Bhadra Patiya to Pipaliya of the highway.
The project is expected to attract an investment of INR8.82 billion (US$121.47 million).
