The Surrey County Council has launched the request for expression of interests for the development, design, build, finance, and operation of an Extra Care Housing provision located in the Pond Meadow area of Guildford, Surrey in the UK. 

The program is in line with the Council’s strategic objectives with respect to its long term commissioning of services for the older residents of the county with care and support needs.

The deadline for the submission of interests is on September 18, 2020.
