Taylor-DeJongh Selected for Two TIFIA Advisory Mandates in Texas

Taylor-DeJong  has been selected to serve as financial advisor to the US Department of Transportation / TIFIA Joint Program Office for North Tarrant Express Segments 3A and 3B Project and the State Highway 99 "Grand Parkway" Project, both in Texas. Taylor-DeJongh is supporting TIFIA during the financing process through to financial close.

TIFIA, the Transportation Infrastructure Finance and Innovation Act program, provides U.S. Federal credit assistance in the form of direct loans, loan guarantees, and standby lines of credit to finance surface transportation projects of national and regional significance in the United States.

North Tarrant Express extension DBFOM: Design, build, finance, operate and maintain the extension of the North Tarrant Express .

The project includes the following segments: the 3A (6.5 miles - 10.5 kilometers), which runs along the I-35W from Fort Worth to IH-280, with the interchange between the I-35W and the IH-820; and the 3B (3.6 miles - 5.8 kilometers), running from the interchange with the IH-820 to US 287.

SH-99 Grand Prakway highway DBOM: Houston TX, America's fastest growing metro area will get another 38 miles of pike on its third beltway with the selection of a contractor to do design, build, operations and capital maintenance. Financing risk is taken by TxDot and the selected bidder will sign operations and maintenance contract in three terms of 5 years each.
