University of Louisville in Kentucky, USA has shortlisted four bidders to participate in phase II of the procurement process to manage its on-campus utility production and distribution systems.

The shortlisted teams are :

• Cardinal Sustainable Energy
• Go Card Rudd Campus Energy
• 502 Energy Partners
• Cardinal Utility Solutions

The selected team will be responsible for upgrading, operating, and maintaining the steam and chilled water plant located in the Service Complex Building (SCB) along with the electric and tunnel distribution for the Belknap Campus.
