Tender issued for development of medical cities PPP project in Saudi Arabia

National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) in Saudi Arabia has launched a request for expression of interest (RFEOI) seeking private partner for the development of King Faisal Medical City (KFMC) in Abha, and Prince Mohammad bin Abdul Aziz Medical City (PMMC) in Sakaka. Interested bidders can submit the proposal for both concessions or a single concession.

The selected bidder will provide Design, Build, Finance, Operate with no clinical operations, Maintain and Transfer services for the facilities. KFMC will have a bed capacity of 1,024 and serve the southern region of the country while PMMC will have a bed capacity of 442 beds and serve northern region of the country.
