The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has launched a tender seeking developer for the seaside property "Thermal Spring & Camping Koniavitis" located in the Municipality of Kamena Vourla in the Regional Unit of Fthiotida, Greece.

The seaside property has a total area of 593,061 sq. m. The development of the project also involves the conclusion of two contracts: 

• the transfer of full rights of ownership, possession and detention of a plot of land of 520,516 sq. m., which extends north of the PATHE (Patras – Athens – Thessaloniki – Evzoni) motorway and has a sea frontage of 1,200 m;
• the long-term lease of 50 years of 2 plots of land of 37,211 and 35,334 sq. m. respectively, where the thermal springs "Mylos Koniavitis" and "Kallyntikon" are located.
