City of Panama city in Florida, USA has launched a request for proposal (RFP) seeking private partner for the mixed-use development project at the Beck Avenue site in the city. The site is located at Beck Ave. & 13th Street.

The private partner will be responsible to deliver affordable housing, retail spaces, and paid parking spaces on the site. increase retail activity along Beck Avenue, integrate site with the urban design of the St. Andrew’s commercial district and supply public parking in the area.
