  • Phase I: Construction of both private and municipal infrastructure on the DCC site, redevelopment of sears-portion of the site into a municipal building for purpose of co-locating municipal operations and services currently delivered from three separate buildings: Chatham-Kent Civic centre, Chatham library and Chatham Cultural Centre. This phase will also include the conveyance of a repaired 580-space parking garage to the municipality and the development of a surrounding promenade;
  • Phase II: Redevelopment of a significant portion of the DCC site into an entertainment complex hosting a single ice rink with up to 3,800 seats.

The last date to submit the proposal is September 14, 2022. More information about this RFP could be found on our business opportunity page here.
