The Government of Canada has launched a request for qualifications (RFQ) notice seeking private participation for rehabilitation works for Crown-owned office 875 Heron road located at Confederation Heights in Ottawa. The purpose of this RFQ is to shortlist 3 bidders for next steps in procurement process.

The private partner will be responsible for design, build, finance and maintenance (DBFM) as well as rehabilitation of 66,000 m2 office space of the building.
