Cirest in France has launched tender notice for the solar power plant project in Saint-Benoît. The project includes design, financing, construction and operation of photovoltaic solar power plants in Saint-Benoît commune. Saint-Benoît is a commune in the French overseas department of Réunion and located on the eastern part of the island of Réunion.

The authority is looking for one or more shareholder(s) economic operator(s) of a single-purpose joint-venture company (SEMOP) to be created for the concession.

The deadline to submit the response to tender notice is October 14, 2019. The concession period of the project is 27 years.
