Commune of Saint-Michel-sur-Orge in France has launched tender seeking private developer to provide district heating services in the city of Saint-Michel-sur-Orge. 

The objective of the project is to improve the quality of service rendered, optimization of expenses and better control of expenses. Following are modes of service procurement :

• MTI (market - temperature - profit sharing, P1 + P2 + P3 + TVX benefits) for 25 sites belonging to the city,
• MTI (market - temperature - profit sharing, services P1 + P2 + P3 + TVX) for 1 site belonging to the CCAS,
• PFI (Benefit - flat rate - profit sharing, P2 + P3 + TVX benefits) for 5 sites belonging to the city,
• PF (Benefit - package, P2 + P3 + Tvx benefits) for 16 sites belonging to the city.

Deadline to submit the response to the tender is August 1, 2019.
