The Gands in Belgium has launched tender for assisted living development in Antwerp. The project scope involves new construction and renovation of 34 assisted living apartments, a service center, commercial spaces, 18 apartments, and underground parking. The project procurement will be done on design, build, finance and maintenance mode.
The deadline to submit the response is November 19, 2019.
