The Hellenic Republic Asset Development Fund (HRADF) has received bids for the development of the property in the former construction site of the Rio-Antirrio connection project in Greece.

The project boundary covers a total area of about 165 ac from the northeast with the settlement of Agios Panteleimonas and to the southwest with the settlement of Antirrio. 

Binding offers were submitted by the following 5 investment schemes:

2. IOANNIS NIKOLITSIS
3. PETTAS N. PAVLOS INDUSTRIAL COMMERCIAL S.A
4. PROMARINE REAL ESTATE SINGLE MEMBER PRIVATE COMPANY
5. WEST S.A.

The process of evaluating the bids as to the fulfillment of the criteria in accordance with the terms of the tender will begin immediately.
