The Urban Planning Department of Monaco has issued a tender for the development of waste treatment and recovery center (CTVD). 

This project includes design, financing, construction and operation of a waste treatment and recovery center (CTVD). The center will be principally responsible for public waste treatment service. The process includes steps of waste management on the CTVD site, to the management of the recoverable by-products and ultimate residues.

The deadline for the response is 20th May 2019.
