Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, Ministry of Public Health, Thailand, has invited eligible bidders to undertake the construction and completion of an 18-storey Medical Center of Excellence Building at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima, Thailand, under the ADB-financed Climate-smart Health Services System Enhancement Project.
The Climate-smart Health Services System Enhancement Project is being implemented in Thailand with financing from the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Under the project, the Kingdom of Thailand is procuring the construction of an 18-storey Medical Center of Excellence Building at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital in Nakhon Ratchasima. ADB financing will cover 80% of the procurement cost, while the Government of Thailand will provide the remaining 20% as counterpart funding. The Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital, Ministry of Public Health, is the Employer and has invited eligible international bidders to submit bids for the construction and completion of the medical center. The procurement is being conducted through open competitive bidding under ADB's Single-Stage: One-Envelope procedure without prequalification.
