The Los Angeles World Airports (LAWA), a department of the City of Los Angeles (City), through the issuance of a Request for Qualifications (RFQ), has requested Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified development teams to develop and maintain facilities for a variety of uses in Areas 1 and 2 of the Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) Northside Area under a long term ground lease up to 50 years.

The project involves the development and maintenance of facilities for a variety of uses in up to 775,000 net square feet of land located north of the airport and south of the Westchester-Playa del Rey community, in the Westside Region of Los Angeles County, California.
