The National Center for Privatization & PPP (NCP) Launches a Marketing Campaign Promoting 200 Projects in 16 Sectors.

Following the official media announcement in April, NCP launched a global marketing campaign to promote its Project Pipeline consisting of 200 projects in 16 sectors.

The campaign provides an opportunity for local and international investors to preview the current and upcoming Privatization and PPP projects pipeline in the Kingdom before tendering in order to provide potential investors with sufficient time to prepare. Such an exercise is in line with NCP’s commitment to full transparency.

NCP’s pipeline can be considered one of the largest pipelines available today in the region, and perhaps globally. It is a result of the commitment the Kingdom and its institutions provide towards the participation of the private sector in contributing to Saudi Arabia’s economic development and raising the standard of services and overall quality of life for citizens and residents - all of which are key pillars of Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.

Saudi Arabia is becoming one of the most attractive destinations for privatization and PPP projects. In April, the Ministry of Health in cooperation with NCP launched an Expression of Interest (EOI) phase for three extended care projects, over 420 applications were received form 19 different countries. Additionally, in June, the Crown Prince, HRH Mohammed Bin Salman announced the privatization of sports clubs in Saudi Arabia. The goal is to raise the Saudi football league's commercial revenues from SR.450 million in 2022 to over SR.1.8 billion annually while generating private-sector investment opportunities and increasing the market value of the League from SR.3 billion to more than SR. 8 billion by 2030.
